“Wordrunner” is really Jo-Anne Rosen. I operate a one-woman home office in Petaluma (40 miles north of San Francisco). Every job gets the personal attention it deserves. I work quickly, take pride in the product and keep costs affordable.

Since 1982 I have served the small business, academic, health care, human services, literary and performing arts communities as well as nonprofit and governmental agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area and far beyond.

Before morphing into Wordrunner I taught English as a Foreign Language in Germany, and also worked as an office temp, film editor, survey taker, bartender, waitress and sales clerk. I am a published writer of short fiction with an MA in English literature. My first collection of stories, What They Don't Know, was published in May 2015. For more information, see joannerosen.us.

If you are a writer, please check out the self-publishing site — for poets, memoirists, story tellers, essayists, and chroniclers of family histories.
